- The product must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories and original packaging intact.

- If the value of the new product is higher, the customer will pay the difference.

- The exchange process may take up to 7 business days from receipt of the returned product.

Refund Processing:
- Once the package arrives at our warehouse and the product is verified, we will initiate the refund process.
- The money will be returned to the card (card details will be sent to office@rebornfashion.ro) within 10 working days of receiving the returned product.

Shipping Cost:
- The customer will bear the initial shipping cost of RON 15. This amount will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

HOW TO START A RETURN
- At the bottom of the page, click "START A RETURN":
- 1. In the Email field, enter your email address, then click Continue.
- 2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- 3. Return to the online store, then enter a six-digit verification code.
- 4. Click on the order for which you want to submit the return.
- 5. If your order has multiple items, then select the items you want to return.
- 6. Select a reason for the return and add a note for the store.
- 7. Click Request Return.
- If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
